ANDALI S/A is currently a joint venture with CHS do Brasil, the Brazilian branch of CHS Inc., the largest grain cooperative in the United States, present in several countries around the world. The company’s essence and activity is to provide services related to fertilizers, ranging from the industrialization, blend and storage of the various raw materials, to full customer support, involving quality, fiscal, administrative, PPC (Production Planning and Control) and physical structure areas.
It started its operations in 1997, with an industrial unit in the city of Paranaguá (PR), a location considered strategic for the business. It grew physically and in 2012 it became a joint stock company (S/A) allowing the opening of the structure for the participation of an important shareholder and empowering the company to obtain presence and national participation. Since then, it has inaugurated the headquarters and administrative office in Curitiba (PR), as well as a new industrial unit in the city of Rondonópolis (MT), which is located within the largest intermodal cargo complex in Latin America, interconnected to the rail network that connects Mato Grosso to the Port of Santos. As a result, it reaches the main fertilizer markets of the country, such as Mato Grosso, Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Goiás, besides Paraguay.
The nature of valuing credibility and long-term partnerships, coupled with an aggregating and sharing business model, has turned the company into one of the leading service providers in Brazil’s fertilizer segment.
Management focused on investments in governance, compliance, safety, quality and robust management of performance indicators (KPIs) ensures the maintenance and sustainability of the business in the medium and long term.
